A short, plain-language note about what this website collects, why, who helps us process it, and how to ask us to remove it.
What we collect
Sheinberg Studio is a small independent practice. We only receive personal information that you choose to send us: by email, through the project form, or by subscribing to Studio notes.
The project form asks for your name, email address and a description of your business and what is not working yet. Your business name, a link, preferred timing and a budget indication are optional. We also note which language you used.
We do not build profiles of visitors who simply browse the site, and there are no advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your inquiry only to reply to you about your project: to understand the business, scope the work and follow up on the conversation you started.
Sending the form never subscribes you to anything. Studio notes is a separate signup with its own consent box.
We do not sell or rent your information.
Who processes it for us
A few providers help us run the site and its forms. Each receives only what it needs:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) delivers form submissions to the studio inbox as an email, and stores newsletter subscriptions. The form content is not stored on our website.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. It processes technical information such as your IP address and browser signals for that purpose.
- To limit abuse, we keep a short-lived counter keyed to an irreversible hash of your IP address (never the address itself) for up to 24 hours (Upstash).
- Vercel hosts the website and processes standard server logs.
- Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are requested.
Studio notes (newsletter)
When you subscribe, Brevo sends you an email asking you to confirm. You are added to the list only after you click that link.
Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also write to us and we will remove you.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not set any cookies of its own, and it does not run an analytics tool that profiles individual visitors.
If we add analytics later, we will ask for your consent where required and update this page first.
Your rights
If you have contacted us or subscribed, you can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Delete your inquiry, your contact details or your subscription.
